“The pain was crippling me. It was stopping me in my tracks.
Then it would ease up a bit.
There was a pattern emerging. The intensity of the crippling pain followed my thoughts on a particular topic. If for a moment I could avoid the topic in my thoughts , or at least all the associations with the topic, the pain would ease and I could walk like a normal person .
The crippling effect was impinging upon my ability to function in my day to day life.

As I was telling her she began yawning - I could see clearing of these inhibiting thoughts/ energies was already happening. I had made the right choice.
Over the next hour she removed past life experiences which happened to be repeating again for me up until now. Terribly painful energies of the past. My body felt strongly to move and shuffle the bad feels from it. Some expelled as yawns, or tears. Others as burps or wiggles.
It all moved out.
She mentioned it would take three days of integration. That’s three days of extra hydration, extra electrolytes, extra rest and extra kindness to self.
